Declarations
The Warranty and Maintenance Plan requires Subaru SA to collect, store and process data provided by the customer:
- Subaru SA to collect and maintain data relating to driver behaviour, vehicle mileage and vehicle condition. The purpose of the data collection is to allow Subaru SA to predict wear and tear condition of the vehicle.
- Subaru SA to store and analyse data in conjunction with third parties. Notwithstanding the above, please note the following additional declarations:

My responsibilities towards protecting and maintaining my Subaru. That Subaru Southern Africa or its representatives may acquire any such information having an impact on the Warranty or Maintenance Plan. The disclosure and dissemination of this information will be limited to Subaru Southern Africa’s interests in the Warranty and Maintenance Plan. I have taken special note of the following points and understand the conditions thereof: In the case of low coolant level, to only top up with distilled water and to contact my nearest Subaru Dealer for assistance
